Daniel began making wine in 1991. He is a self-taught winemaker, researching and learning by doing. Dan approaches wine making as an artisan, concentrating on quality. He is a Titusville native who went on to graduate from the Naval School of Health Science in San Diego, CA. Dan also attended Mercyhurst College and graduated in 1996. In early 2006, he began to pursue the concept of opening his own winery. This endeavor began as a personal interest after forming a home winemakers club with several friends. Dan’s love of winemaking grows with each batch of wine and he looks forward to many years of producing quality wines.
