We approach our wine making as artisans. Our wines are low-sulfite, so your enjoyment of our wine’s flavor profile is not spoiled by a chemical finish.
Our focus is to utilize local produce to emphasize the flavor profiles of the grapes of the Lake Erie region of Northwestern Pennsylvania. Use of any chemicals is kept to a minimum and our wines are not sterilized of their flavor by over filtration. Most of our wines will produce some sediment over time which is natural and common in many European wines.
